The exhibition «The First» is dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's space flight.
It is a central project of the 60th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's space flight. Documents and personal belongings of the first cosmonaut, which were kept for a long time in museums throughout Russia and in personal archives will be presented at the exhibition.
One of the central exhibits of the exhibition is a genuine Vostok 1 return capsule, on which the world's first space flight in the history of mankind took place on April 12, 1961.
Also you will see rare items specially brought from all over Russia related to the period studies of Yuri Gagarin.
